Exo Extruder

E-extruder is a machine for creating plastic filament for 3D printers by extruding (extruding) through a profiling tool (extrusion head "die") of crushed and melted plastic.

The principle of operation of the extruder
After setting the set temperature of extrusion and time for warming up, the gearmotor is switched on. The plastic from the filled hopper enters the heating zone, melts there and is extruded from the die in the form of filament.

We have developed a unique system of filament winding on the spool, the analog of which is no longer available, the filament coming out of the die is turned to 1800 is fed through the cooling system and evenly wound on the spool, which in turn can be easily replaced. This system has made it possible to make the extruder as compact as possible, in its working form it fits on an ordinary table.
