ForceTracer™ PP-CF is a polypropylene (PP) material reinforced with 10% chopped carbon fiber, appearing in a black color. This innovation not only enhances the material's rigidity but also gives parts a matte finish and distinctive carbon fiber matte texture, creating models that are low-profile yet sophisticated without visible layer lines. The carbon fiber content helps reduce shrinkage and warping during printing, resulting in 3D-printed components with precise dimensions and unique surface finishes. Compared to conventional PLA materials, PP-CF demonstrates superior heat resistance and low water absorption, making it suitable for various specialized applications including industrial tooling, machinery manufacturing, drone production, and automotive engineering.
