ALIZ PPS-CF filament represents the pinnacle of engineering materials for FDM/FFF 3D printing. The polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) base is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic known for its ability to operate continuously at high temperatures and in aggressive chemical environments where other plastics (even PEEK or Ultem) may fail. The addition of chopped carbon fiber significantly enhances mechanical properties by increasing elastic modulus, tensile strength, and dimensional stability while simultaneously reducing part weight.
